After a failed bandproject Felix Kühnel and Jens Röpcke decided to go on making music. In January 2007 Florian Mehler, Marc Stötzer and Norman Wernicke joined in and they formed the band Last Breath.
Influenced by bands like In Flames, Dark Tranquility and Amon Amarth, the band created their own style of melodic metal within a year.
In this time they also changed the name of the band to: Rising Aspiration.
With the first shows in 2009 they impressed the audience.
In 2010 they began the recording of their Debut EP at 138 Audio Productions. Aftwards the stuff was mastered by Christoph Wieczorek for saw dust records.
In 2011 their debut, the EP "Path From Nothing" was born.
So there are high expectations for the next gigs and we look forward to hearing more about them.
